The Wise Moon Story
Wise Moon International was founded by Uuganaa Ramsay, a career development specialist and cultural intelligence practitioner with over 20 years of experience helping people and organisations navigate change, opportunity, and growth.
Drawing on her experience growing up in Mongolia and building a life and career in the UK, Uuganaa developed the WISE Framework™, a culturally intelligent approach to career development that helps individuals, practitioners, educators, and organisations create more inclusive pathways to learning, work, and progression.
Through Wise Moon, she works with career services, education and training providers, employers, and community organisations to strengthen career confidence, support diverse communities, and build environments where people can thrive, belong, and succeed.
