Experience
Uuganaa has over 20 years experience internationally empowering individuals and communities in education, career guidance and cultural transformation. She has worked with people from all walks of life including those who experienced homelessness, unemployment, bereavement to international CEOs and managers.
She has supervised trainee careers advisers over 10 years and assesses them for the Qualification in Career Guidance and Development.
